As a home educator and someone returning to college I used Mathtutor for my highschool chemistry course and college math literacy. He is an excellent teacher and explains things well. I'm so glad to know about this option if I ever personally need it again but also for my children.

Jason has an amazing step-by-step teaching methodology that makes complex topics incredibly easy to understand. He breaks down every problem clearly, so you never feel lost or overwhelmed. I’ve learned so much from his lessons and gained a ton of confidence in my skills. If you want to actually master math instead of just memorizing steps, I highly recommend his courses!
I got my college degree and passed algebra and statistics
This helps me to do algebra myself and for my student he explains concepts.well. wish there was more for geometry but algebra one and two has helped us so much. I think jason explains things so well and tells us why concept will come up in the future. Its perfect speed for me but i want to learn it. At times my student thinks too slow but i think she needs that kind of repetition and speed
My son will be a fourth grader this september and he is taking Jason's 4th-grade lessons this summer break. He loves Jason's lessons so much. Thank you! Jason, you are the best!!! BTW, I was an English major at college. I hadn't learned math since I graduated from high school. Last year, I challenged myself to take Jason's calculus lessons. WOW! Math and Science.com offers the best math teaching lessons out there! I love how the lessons are step by step without being condescending! It's truly a gem and if anyone struggles with math once they genuinely try the lessons on this site will not struggle anymore! Its that good!

Very thorough. I took an Introductory Electrical Engineering course for mechanical engineers when I was in school, but I was always, but I mean always confused on what was actually going and never had enough fundamental understanding of the concepts to correctly analyze the circuits I was working with. Now that I’m needing to understand circuits on occasion due the job I’m in, these series have really helped me hone in my understanding for general circuit analyses.

I got an A in my statistics class. I know if it hadn’t been for the aid of the videos I could have gotten a B and that B would have taken me twice as much time. I also have a few disabilities that I receive accommodations for which causes me to have to study more than the typical student. I wish his instructions were available for all my classes math and science or not.
