The worst company ever to deal with. Their description was incorrect on their website, and sent us nearly 40 extra pcs. Before we sent our return back, we read the very restrictive return policy. We had to spend over $300.00 sending the boxes back to them. They then claimed some were damaged upon return, and instead of just discounting the 3 that were damaged, they charged us an excessive 50 percent restocking fee on the entire order.

This company has horrible customer service and very sketchy ordering policies. Nowhere during the process do they inform you that making modifications to orders or even canceling orders prior to them even processing is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE. I ordered postcaps and called to remove one item from the order, they informed me that since it was in the “handling” phase, they could not make modifications but that they were going to ship the order and I could refuse it, pay shipping and handling to send the items back to them and they could refund me. THE ITEM HAS NOT EVEN BEEN GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER NOR HAS IT EVEN LEFT THEIR WAREHOUSE and they wouldn’t remove the items. At that point I told them to cancel the order altogether because I’m calling literally within an hour and a half of placing the order and they’re not willing to change an order that is not even packed yet. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS policy and even worse customer service.
False advertising.
False advertising. Be cautious when clicking the ad for Nyjer seed that shows 50 pounds of seed at a certain price; however, when you visit their website, the offer changes to 25 pounds at the same price. Essentially, you're paying twice as much for what you get. When contacting the company to resolve the issue, they asked for pictures, a copy of the invoice, and a lot of extraneous details you may or may not have. Ultimately, because it was beyond 30 days, they declined to resolve the issue.

I had an issue with a fertilizer I ordered through Amazon in terms of damaged box and loose fertilizer inside it that went all over my front door . I contacted them directly and sent them pictures . They replaced the product quickly and to that I’m appreciative .

I ordered co2 cartridges. They arrived and were wrong. The package came and all the catridges were loose inside. I sent the package back the same way I got it. They get the package and they said I damage the package. They lied and don't want to refund my money. That's okay will never deal with dishonest people again. I guess 28.76 means alot to them.

However, they shipped it in a fine thread, nowhere on their site did it state it was fine thread. They want me to pay for return shipping. I will absolutely never use these guys again. Do yourself a favor and shop with a company that will take care of their deficiencies.

Max warehouse BAIT & SWITCH company. They place adds in the deal of the week section saying 10 of an item and send out only one. They send a customer damaged or spoiled products!! This is just one out of many for example they sent me a qt. of clear coat and I opened it and it was like jello when it is suppose to be liquid plus I was suppose to get 2 qts. never received the second qt.
