I realize the application process can last a long time and be frustrating. However the lady that helped me was very helpful and very detailed.

I tried to get my Medicare medical insurance taken care of on line and it kept telling me to change my password. 3 or 4 times! I called them and am on a waiting list to be called. It’s VERY frustrating
