Started my weight loss end of Jan
Started my weight loss end of Jan. 2026. My first 3 virtual care coaching sessions went well, then they either did not get my rescheduled appointment or it did not go through. Doctors were good, i answered all questions. Then they started taking money out of my account before answering any questions. I was paying $211.11 every month, and found a different place to get cheaper medicine,that works just as well, if not better. The month of June I did not recieve any medications from them (did not answer questions or get email saying its time to "reorder"). Then today they take money out of my account. When i called they told me, the doctors need to deem you not to recieve medication anymore. If i dont answer questions, how do they know? Last 3 months i have been very disappointed. They told me they were going to ship my medicine out for this month, for what?? waste of $211! Needless to say, i could not get a refund.

Every time I call or email the nurses and customer service agents are very polite and very nice and listen to everything I have to say and always end with answers to my concerns or a solution to a problem they are amazing and have had wonderful time so far with the whole experience since I have started this journey!!
