The subscription service is hard to…Cancel and very limited results
The subscription service is hard to discontinue. You are not able to cancel the subscription in the dashboard that tracks your service. Additionally, it took several calls and holding for 12 minutes to reach a human--the only way to cancel the service. My results were a few pounds and not worth the $299 per month.
