Greetings I had a great experience eventhough I just signed up. Nothing has been done yet because membership is new. No transactions except upload of Death Certicate but I do have great peace of mind regarding the future.

It would have been great if someone…

It would have been great if someone could introduce me to the interface. I uploaded a death certificate for days and it said it still needed it. I finally gave up. I had reached out via email to my support team and have never gotten a reply.. I will admit your sales letter is great, Noah really sold us on the concept and accepting our money was very smooth.

Alix is incredible and would choose them time and time again.

I am so grateful for Alix and all the support I received during my year and a half with them. From the initial consult with Naomi, to ending probate, I felt very supported. The only concern I had through my time was the switch of my specialist. I initially started with Michelle, then had Jen, then Jen left shortly before my probate ended. I was supported by Sam the majority of my time with Alix, as well. While all of these women were incredible and Alix can't control when Alix associates leave the org, it was a little anxiety inducing to "switch" and feel like certain information or progress would be forgotten or missed. You build such intimate relationships with folks at Alix, it can be hard when they're gone all of a sudden.

I have constant communication from my settlement specialist to the point she’s become a friend. I had total trust in Alix from the first call. The estate is not yet settled but no fault of theirs. I can't recommend Alix enough. Going through probate can be overwhelming, and hiring an attorney can be extremely expensive. Alix made the entire process simple, organized, and affordable. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and walked us through each step with clear instructions and regular updates.

Supportive Professional Service

Helpful knowledge

They were truly very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing is make sure you understand that you pay them 1% or minimum is 9,000 dollars. I was a bit shocked but it was my fault by not reading fine print.
