I was not aware of Ava finance taking…
I was not aware of Ava finance taking $66.15 from my account they didn’t do anything for me to earn that $66.15 that I was not aware of I could have went to kickoff and paid $35 cheaper I submitted the information letting Ava finance know that it was a mistake that I wasn’t aware of $66.15 taken out of my account I submit the form back in June 4. They contact me a month later and cancel my membership when I told Abel finance that I wasn’t aware of the 66,000 $.15 taken from my account and what did she do cancel my membership and did not refunded me my $66.15 did they take from my account that I was not aware of and they didn’t refunded my $66.15 back to my account meaning they didn’t do anything in no service was done and it’s hard to get in contact with Ava finance to let them know I didn’t get any services before they canceled my membership meaning I should be refunded for my $66.15 did they take it out of my account that I wasn’t aware of back to my account especially when they know they haven’t done any services for what they taken out of my account $66.15 I also complaint to the BBB about me not getting service for the weeks that they kept my 66,000 $.15 and they canceled my membership once they contacted me and I told him I wasn’t aware of that amount coming out of my account $66.15 no services Ava finance need to refund my money back into my account because I didn’t get no service and you able to contact them back in June 4. I don’t know about the services because I didn’t get any and I should be refunded back my money for no services and they cancel my membership so why not refund my $66.15 for the service that I didn’t get in so many complaints and reviews of how they go about doing their business bad reviews I wish I had to look into it. it was aware of them taking money from my account $66.15 for no services and membership no account with Ava finance so why I cannot get a refund for what I was not aware of kickoff. It’s only $35. I’m going to keep leaving bad reviews so what happened to me won’t happen to no one else.
