I never signed up for any yearly…
I never signed up for any yearly charge!!! I was willing to try it out monthly but I never even reopened the app! They refuse to give me a refund! It’s a joke they give you a 30$ card that you pay a subscription on. I never would have paid yearly they are stealing from people!

My credit score is still increasing, I needed it higher for a VA loan. It's one up over 50 points so far. It's a great way to boost your credit. Very easy to use, simple to sign up, and the payments are more than fair.

Great Credit Builder, But Disappointed With Customer Support
I have been a member since 2024 and remain a current member today. Overall, I have found this service to be a great credit-building tool. However, I am disappointed with how my recent concern was handled. I have one late payment from 2024 that has since been paid in full and the account is now closed. I reached out to the credit reporting department to respectfully request a one-time goodwill removal of the late payment. I also escalated my request to a supervisor, but unfortunately, my request was still denied. I understand that the company is not obligated to remove accurate information; however, as a loyal, continuing member, I hoped my request would at least be considered based on my overall membership history and circumstances. At this point, I am not satisfied with the level of support I received, and I am seriously considering canceling my membership. I hope the company will reconsider how they handle situations like this and take into account the loyalty and continued relationship of their existing members.
