Mega Bonanza has a great selection of games that actually pay out! Also the redemption process is super easy. I’ve won quite a bit of money playing on their site. I had $6000 ,could have redeemed but instead higher education my bet, took me down to lower then $550 and finally hit a bonus. I won 0.00. That's not okay,thats not just frustrating, thats wrong in every way. Since that night all my loyalty bonuses have been $15 or less, and iam a platinum member. I also noticed even my gold coins just disappear. They have not tried in 2 months to make up for that 0.00 bonus after close to $5000 worth of spins. Nothing about that bonus was fair or the way they toss me pennies for my loyalty.

I was locked out of my account. They said I made multiple accounts but I keep telling them I didn't. Customer service people are not being fair . Why is it so hard to pay people? I have 9k waiting in “processing” as it has been for the last 3 weeks. You said it was in the final stage back then. I’ve requested the ARN and have not heard back You told me 4 days ago to send that email and it would “receive priority” and yet again I get zero response and zero payment.
