Customer service is A1! I have been ordering from Megalook for years now.
Although I was skeptical at first, I found out they are a very reliable company. The hair is always top-quality, and they always have very good sales. Communication is top-tier.
I wanted a glueless wig for the summer, and although I was skeptical about the quality, it was just as top-tier as my other wigs. When I inquired about the shipping timeframe, they asked me when I needed it by and rushed my order, which was so awesome

I was skeptical if it was ready to go…
I was skeptical if it was ready to go fr but baby i slapped that wig on my head and was ready to travel everywhere! Hair is impressively soft, sheds a bit, i have the platinum baylage blonde highlighted wig and it is super cute! The hair to me personally doesnt hold a curl i’ll try flexi rodding it to see, but usually with a flat iron the curls do not stay. Overall hair is good!
