I purchased the nano technology. Much of the design I chose has clear areas. No matter what you do there bubbles. They say it can be installed in 2 hours. I spent 2 hours on just the door panel and it looks like junk. They said they would help me hide the bubbles. Don’t waste your money on their nano technology. I should have checked their reviews before purchasing. Now they’re saying that proper installation requires their help. Where does it say that on the website. Again it’s junk.

As we mentioned when you first reached out, our Nano Armor material is installed dry, and with designs printed on clear material, you may initially see small “champagne” air bubbles. This is normal and part of the process — most of these bubbles dissipate over time as the material settles.
We did ask if you could share photos or a video so we could better walk you through troubleshooting and help improve your results, but you declined. Without being able to see what’s happening, it’s difficult for us to provide the personalized support we normally give to customers.
We also want to remind you that MEK Magnet Armor is designed first and foremost as *trail protection*. It’s made to guard your vehicle against brush, branches, and rocks — not to achieve paint-protection-film levels of aesthetics. For customers who prioritize a flawless, smooth finish, we do offer PPV options that may be a better fit.
We always stand behind our products and our customer support, but successful installation does depend on working with us through the process. If you change your mind and would like to send photos or connect for troubleshooting, we’re still here to help.

Hey Sanford, provided the Armor is properly installed you can easily drive through automatic car washes and water fording without issue. The Armor is not designed to stay submerged for prolonged periods of time. Product was not advertised that it has to be installed in warm weather, that it can’t be rained or snowed on, that before every drive you have to take a microfiber cloth and push down every panel, that if water does get behind, then dirt will and it will scratch, etc. Took 6 hours to install, rained 6 days later and it bubbled all over and lifted off in places. Totally ridiculous product that can’t stand up to weather and has to be uninstalled every few weeks.

Horrible product, horrible customer service.
Installed the adhesive panels on a 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Followed the instructions to the point and even went beyond by wearing rubber gloves and using alcohol numerous times to clean each vehicle panel prior to placing them.
Initially they looked good. After a few days, panels began peeling away at the edges. They were cleaned and vehicle was cleaned and reattached. Shortly after pieces begins coming loose while driving, flapping against the vehicle and damaging the paint. A few pieces flew off the vehicle, and others tore after coming loose and flapping in the wind.
Customer service is of no help. They denied any issue with the product and offered that I purchase more....lol. This is a very expensive product that I had great expectations for.
They claim it is easy to install and remove. It was decent to install, and it was so easy to remove, the product did it itself!
I can not recommend this to anyone. This is a huge waste of money and time. Customer service is not going to help you. They will simply blame you for the failure of their product.
For your own sake, don't waste your money or create the aggravation I did.
Edit: the product was used for a week, then removed, called customer service who didn't help but reiterated the same installation procedures. Used for another week. Then removed when they fell off again, then attempted to reuse them in December with the same poor quality results. I never said they were sun faded. I said they were brittle, cracking, tearing, and falling off the jeep. If your product was worth the money you ask for, you would stand behind it.
You say they are dirty...your product is being put on jeeps.....that get dirty. Your argument is they won't hold up to using them for the purpose you advertise?
At that point I contact you again for assistance....and you disregard anything I said, deny any claims, and blame me for it all.

I would like to add to my original…
I would like to add to my original experience with Mek 's product . It does not keep water from getting behind it , I have a few pieces that water got behind . After it was put on , it sat in the garage for 48 hours as the instructions say . It rained a couple days later and my wife said she noticed a few spots that look different . Turns out water had gotten in behind it causing it to look almost faded or watered looking . I am happy a 120 woman that works out can pull it off , but a 260 lb man who is recovering from cancer and neck surgery can not do it .. I will make sure every JL forum and JL facebook page knows about the poor customer service that this company has , not everybody tries to take advantage of companies .. I honestly wanted to use it , but for my health situation , I can't .

The Mek Magnets look great, stick onto the vehicle extremely well (no issues whatsoever going road speeds or when they get wet), are thicker than what I originally thought they would be and have a tough outer coating providing great protection for the vehicle.
We had some issues with the adhesive on a couple of the smaller panels turning black on the edges. Mek Magnet said that they had not seen that before and they replaced those for us at no charge. I have not had that issue with any of the other panels or with the replacements so I’m guessing that was just a fluke. I also learned that you can purchase separate panels if you damage one on the trails which is great however, these things are pretty tough so I doubt they would get damaged very often. The armor looks great, does its job well and the company backed the product when we had a very minor issue so if you’re thinking about getting some armor, I would recommend Mek Magnets.

These things don't like water crossings…
These things don't like water crossings or deep mud and once they begin to peel from the edges they will not readhere even after removed and washed.
They are probably OK for those of you that live in dry climates

A feature of the nano-hold technology Armor, which is what I am guessing you have, is that when the sticky gets wet it turns to a smooth plastic which allows any dirt and debris that is stuck to it to wash right off. Its really important that the Armor is properly installed and bonded before getting wet for 24-48hrs. After this, you can drive thru all the mud and water crossings you can and even drive thru automatic carwashes.

Iam extremely disappointed with this Company
I am extremely disappointed with this product. the name of the Company is " MEK magnet" but they are selling a product that is not magnetic at all. In fact, "it sucks" . I've spent over $1,100 on a product that is literally falling off my 2004 "metal base chevy truck" .
I requested at least a partial refund, and all I get is silence. The next step is to report this fraudulent company to the better business Burrough (BBB) and file a complaint. Very disappointed. don't even deserve one star.

Hi Josso, the material you selected was the nano-hold technology material which is not a magnet and prior to production we had this discussion. We also provided the care and maintenance instructions which were also discussed with your designer in person. Our product is removable trail armor and not a vinyl wrap. You purchased this so you do have the flexibility of taking it off when off the clock but you did not remove it in over a year and did not maintain it per instructions resulting in the panels getting damaged. It's really important to use a product as designed and instructed and you will get great use out of it.
