I loved it when it first arrived but after a few days the color faded. I keep it in my kitchen counter and not in the sun. It was very disappointing because I absolutely loved it when I first got it and all the Care took to make it the company. Even contacted me about the progress along the way when it was being made. Not something I would ever purchase again this company
Pricing is questionable for the size, it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be...but otherwise the plaque came out beautifully!
The picture that I sent was clear and perfectly visible. It a slight shadow on the right hand side. When my plaque was delivered, the picture was so dark. I could barely see it looking straight on. It was almost impossible to see my poor baby dog’s face. I’m completely disappointed. I sent emails with no response. I will share my experience with your company on Instagram and with everybody I know. Huge disappointment.
