HRT is not an option for me and I thought I was screwed. After researching my options and consulting with a very well respected naturopath, it looked like Menoquil had the most effective ingredients in a single product. I ordered Menoquil to help with my hot flashes specifically and hoped for the best when I ordered a 3 month supply. I started taking the tablets as soon as they arrived. After just the first dose, I began experiencing lots of gas and bloating and discomfort. I continued to take them for the past few days with the hope that my body would adjust to the new supplements. However, I have been so uncomfortable that I absolutely cannot continue to take them. I really hoped it would help me with the hot flashes, but if it takes having a sick stomach to do so, I’ll keep the hot flashes. Menoquil is NOT for me.
