It’s a good way to start the day

It’s a good way to start the day! Rev-up the brain cells! And I can sure tell that I didn’t have a good night’s sleep… Slow reaction time then but can’t do much about it. Maybe on those telling mornings I should just close out & try again in the afternoon…

I love Impulse

I love Impulse. It’s the only game I purchase. It’s so much more than fun games. It really does help your brain. I stopped temporarily and can see the difference quite clearly. I am struggling to get back to where I was and do even better. I highly recommend Impulse.

Love the games

Love the games, training exercises, and in depth test results for personality, depression, anxiety, adhd, strong traits, and things that need work. Absolutely recommend to ALL trying to stay sharp.

I was charged for a subscription I…

I was charged for a subscription I never authorized and could not find anywhere in my Apple account. After repeatedly contacting Impulse Brain, I eventually received a 50% refund, despite disputing the entire charge. The company then asked me to leave a review of their service but how can I do so considering the customer’s issue has not even been fully resolved? Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Impulse Brain and strongly advise potential customers to think twice before using this service.

I strongly recommend that people think…

I strongly recommend that people think twice before using Impulse Brain. I paid $1 for an IQ test, and shortly afterward, I was charged an unexpected $30 subscription fee without receiving any clear notification or warning that I was being enrolled in a recurring subscription. When I discovered the charge, I immediately tried to cancel it and get a refund. Impulse Brain responded on Trustpilot claiming that they had contacted me and that they were sorry about what happened. They told me to check my messages. The truth is that I received only ONE email from them, telling me to check my Apple account. As I had already explained to them, there was NO Impulse Brain subscription listed in my Apple account. After that, I sent THREE additional messages asking for help, and I received absolutely NO response. I also never received the message they claimed to have sent me. I even checked Instagram and found other people reporting very similar experiences. This is extremely concerning. The entire process feels designed to make people believe they are simply paying a small amount for an IQ test, only to later discover an unexpected recurring charge. If you don’t notice the charge and actively fight to cancel it, you may have a very difficult time getting your money back or even figuring out how to cancel the subscription. In my opinion, this is a highly deceptive business practice and feels like a scam.
