Deceptive subscription & Ignoring…

Deceptive subscription & Ignoring support requests ​They sneakily charge for subscriptions and then ignore customer emails with generic auto-replies. I have captured all screenshot proof of their deceptive billing. ​I have already filed a chargeback. Resolve this issue and process my refund today, or I will proceed with all available legal and consumer rights actions. +) 2026-07-30 After I contacted customer support, my refund was processed quickly, and I received the refund receipt as requested. I really appreciate your swift response.

Unexpected $30 charge after a $1 IQ…

I took an IQ test on Impulse Brain and paid $1 for it. One week later, I noticed a $30 charge on my credit card that I had not authorized. I did not receive any notification or warning that I was supposedly signing up for a subscription. I contacted Impulse Brain to find out what happened and was told that I had subscribed to their service. However, I never knowingly subscribed to anything. I checked the app, but there is no credit card information in my account and no option to cancel the alleged subscription. When I contacted their support team, they told me to cancel it through my Apple account. I checked my Apple subscriptions, and Impulse Brain was not listed there either. I am now being charged for a subscription I never agreed to, with no clear way to cancel it. I consider this charge completely unauthorized and unacceptable. I am demanding a full refund of the $30 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription associated with my account. My advice to anyone using this service is to carefully monitor your credit card after paying for the $1 IQ test. I would never have noticed this charge if I had not checked my statement myself.

Just google them; this is a scam, and in countless places on the internet, unknowing users like myself have no idea how they got our CC information. This is predatory, unethical, and an AI-generated money scam.

Simplesatified customer

Simple, no bones, factual and useful information on archetypes. I manage through it although dyslexic, because it was so rich and enticing! However, l will not follow the course as at age 70, as there is only so much one can manage in an already busy, happy & greatful for what l have lifestyle!
