Zoom Into Wine is an awesome weekly event! For example, last week I got to sample 6 Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the $200-$400 range, probably none of which I would otherwise ever be able to taste, and learn about them at the same time, while interacting with other wine lovers about them.
Good pricing and excellent speed of delivery.
I was searching for a specific wine and year. Merchant of wine had what I was looking for thank you visit your site again soon.
Great place to buy wine! Good prices on a wide curated selection of excellent wine at all price levels. Personalized service. Free or low cost delivery if you're at their minimum order and region. Plus many enjoyable wine education events, both online with tasting kits and in person at a variety of venues.
They offer a carefully selected range of wines from around the world. I trust them for their assessment so I know I am going to enjoy the wines. After ordering online, they are very good at contacting me and arranging delivery. One of my go to places for well informed wine options and super service.
Quick response with email question. Product shipped timely. Was delicious.
Price and fast delivery. Quality shipping materials.
Couldn’t do the tasting till friday night and all wines were bad by then
Very well organized delivery. Received my order as expected.
Love these guys - amazing selection, value, and best service in town. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Like the speed of delivery but not crazy about the email I received after I placed the order basically telling me that if I really want the order to get here I damaged or not ruined by “weather”, I will need to spend more on shipping.
You copied my address incorrectly and then I had to pay $27 to change the delivery address.
Easy transaction and product was packaged very well.
I was very satisfied with the response for shipping and the communication that I received throughout my transaction with this group. I will continue to buy from them.
Great wines and very interesting and educational discussions. Oan has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he shares in a positive environment
No notice was given extra shipping costs would be applied at the time of the order. My first order was exactly the same as the second one. 75 dollars to ship 3 bottles, almost double the original cost of shipping from the first order is a hard pill to swallow. 25 dollars a bottle is excessive. I know how much it costs to ship to Alaska. I will rethink future orders as the shipping was accepted and then I am told days later you need more for shipping. 5 dollar away from double the original shipping cost. Not a fun message to receive and being held hostage is not a comfortable feeling.
All communication was clear and accurate. Tracking the shipment was easy from your UPS tracking number and the wine arrived in perfect condition on time.
