However, Andrew went above and beyond to assist me in closing my account today and assured me that my refund would be processed by next week, which is a relief after the frustrations I've faced. Ray Rispoli took it upon himself to release funds to me which I didn't know were being held for no good reason: had to do with changing my bank account (not my bank). the account was changed long before Ray became my c account manager. When Ray called to tell me the good news I told him about my terrible experience with PCI compliance and he helped me with that as well.
