Oscar and David great service…
Oscar and David were able to very efficiently provide the PCI renewal support that I needed. We were victims of a total identity theft that left an invalid email address in my account making PCI renewal impossible. Unfortunately the Reminder for PCI renewal was sent to the inactive email that had been compromised. It was Oscar’s phone call that reminded me we were non PCI compliant. Apparently we were non compliant since March 2026, paying the monthly fine. Oscar did submit my request for reimbursement.
