Lidia was absolutely fantastic.She is a true joy to work with,so understanding,helpful,and so knowledgeable! We were on the phone for awhile because my phone is a older android,Google Pixel 7,so I was unable to pair it But Lidia helped navigate the dashboard and I am able to use that instead of the reader ,which is great.She will send me a new one.Lidia is so patient and kind ,and I can't say enough about her!

So for one reason or another MERCHANT ONE has HELD ON TO MY FUNDS FOR 3 WEEKS!! Everyday it's another excuse!!STILL NOTHING!! It's cost me 2 Employees to quit because I couldn't pay them. The only semi "Saving Grace" is Oscar who has provided a "Listening Ear" and actually called me back to understand next steps. He even set up a callback appointment to see if Funds have transferred tomorrow morning. The Guy's "Customer Service Ethic" is top notch and Super Helpful!! I highly recommend Him. Now hopefully,after waiting WEEKS,He hopefully manages the Navigation of Depositing those Funds tomorrow.Oscar's Great.💪🏼🙏🏼👍🏼🇺🇲✝️
