Made a purchase
Made a purchase. No confirmation on email, made me worry. So I got their email though Paypal and contacted the company/person. He said they where sold out, and he gave me other options. I chose a another design from the options he presented. Very polite response but still nothing. To be continued.. Got my product. It took one month and perhaps what to expect from China. Good to know it is not a complete scam. The product was not wool as announced, but polyester. Type fleece. That is a scam. First and last purchase from anything that ends with .com. So they say they have a return policy with money back. Not possible through their website as described, but I will try through email to customer service. (Mr. DeLong Huang). Curious about the cost of the return. To be continued... again.
