This company is committing outright fraud. They charge $1.95 to download the file. During that transaction They do NOT disclose your acceptance of the $1.95 charge signs you up for a $49.95 monthly subscription - which they bill your card on file for automatically. Their support phone center responds the policy is on the website - on the website is NOT disclosing as part of the transaction. I bank with one of the bigger business banks in MN - they have identified EVERY $49.95 subscription charge from this company as FRAUD and have restricted EVERY Bank customers account that include the $49.95 fraudulent subscription fee. None of those customers can use their debit or credit cards on their accounts. This fraud is being reported to the MN State Atty General. DO NOT USE MERGEDPDF.com
