The online matching was a perfect match and I love the product. I have dry skin so most foundations are hard for me to use because they look cakey when applied. The product feel high quality and lays and blends smooth on top of my skin. Also the free facial sunscreen with purchase was not thick and worked very well in the harsh bahamas sun. Shipping was fast as well.

Exceptional customer service!!! The best that I have received lately, absolutely phenomenal. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this customer service like……amazing!! Now I just wish that the foundation would stay on my face! that’s the only reason im giving 4stars. the foundation doesn’t stay on it just slides right off my face and streaky. :(

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Very quick to respond to my concern. Sent me a new shade to try immediately and it arrived within a few days….and I live in Hawaii! I’m still trying to find my perfect shade BUT I love the coverage and how this foundation feels on my skin….very light as if I wasn’t wearing anything.

Most frustrating experience ever
The products are amazing. However everything else is entirely frustrating. The customer service, the communication, the ordering, the subscription. None of it makes sense. I have never been so disappointed in a company before. I have dealt with adult acne all my life and this is the only product that has worked and now they changed it and will not change it back. Zero regard for customer feedback. My favorite is how many “coupon codes” I get for feedback requests, etc…but you CANT use them on the products you use or subscriptions. Infuriated is how I’m feeling.

Incredibly pleased with the results thus far!
I have been using Melanex 501 for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I was so incredibly delighted when it started working for me just after the first week. Love the fact you can do a trial and if it doesn’t workout you don’t have to commit. Happy with my trial and ordered after initiation period was over. The packaging and shipping time was on point and the app helps you keep progress of your skin healing journey
