bad + rude customer service
(uodate). the convenience of the site was nice it’s a shame yall wanna block anyone who has an issue instead of trying to support. again, nobody expected immediate service but i don’t know why someone would tell me the eta is 45 knowing well im not priority, there’s snow everywhere, and im in manhattan. that’s on yall for poor communication. poor communication. even in this reply thread yall have not addressed the very 3 things i’ve repeated: yall never communicated or replied back, yall misinformed me on the delivery time THEN didnt reply at all. after 2 hours of not knowing if it was coming (metrobud had told me 45 mins mind you) i got my cart. finally, the weed is stepped on. yea its weed but its rlly low potency and i feel it in my chest. when you smoke sum that is not pure weed you taste it and feel it in the high fr. i gave my order number 68680 if yall wanna fix this. you can find my number through that order i bet. id be happy to talk to someone in customer service atp i just feel like yall would rather do the easier thing and block me. why would this be slander? i wrote this review bc my texts wasn’t getting yall attention, and was hoping someone would reply to this with an understanding attitude so i’d be inclined to purchase again. if yall had been understanding had a customer for life bc i rlly do smoke a lot so this was a nice find. as a 15 year asthmatic ive consulted multiple doctors. obviously smoking is not ideal but i do it and its manageable, long as what im smoking is straight weed. thats how i know what im smoking from yall is not. shame yall are so dismissive
