From design to final product, Metro Pins was a pleasure to work with. Chelsea shared the excitement my boys had in designing our pins for Cooperstown and they turned out amazing. Her creativity, assurance and customer service far exceeded expectations. Thank you Metro Pins.
Chelsea was a huge help with our pin design! We had an idea and she made it come to life with a quick turnaround! Highly recommend!
Greg did a great job w/ our team pins for Cooperstown baseball tournament
Metro pins has been our provider of pins for many years now. Every year they always exceed our expectations. Everyone on the team is great, but Chelsea has been fantastic to work with! She is very easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond to emails. Our team is heading to Cooperstown this summer with what is likely to be the coolest pin on property thanks to Metro Pins! Thank you for always taking care of our organization.
I am so glad that I called Metro Pins. I had already contacted three other companies and started the design process. Our custom designs were replicated and made even better with Metro Pins. I am super happy with the customer service and quality of our items purchased. Chelsea was outstanding and very attentive throughout the design and ordering process. We had three different pin designs and Chelsea was not only patient but also very knowledgeable in creating the best product. I am so happy with the way our pins turned out, and I am excited to share them with our team. Metro Pins blew the other three companies out of the water when it came to design, quality, price, and customer service. I highly recommend Metro Pins!
Greg was awesome! Tried a new type of pin and they turned out great. Greg was communicative the entire time and made the process easier. Even got a discount for being a returning customer.

Metro pins was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable designers and great customer service. Arrived earlier than anticipated with excellent packaging
Metro Pins helped turn my design ideas for Cooperstown pins into reality and the communication was super responsive throughout!
The pins turned out even better than expected and are a great quality. The customer service and design teams are outstanding too!
I've used Metro Pins for several years and have always been impressed with the quality of their products and service. My last order was a bit unusual and they helped with the design to make sure it met all my expectations.
Metro Pins was great to work with! We had to change our design several times and they were great to make the changes so we could have something nice and something we could afford with the budget we had. We were very pleased with the end product that we received. We made a robot pin with dangly arms and a light at the top that blinked.
Thrilled with how the process and product turned out. Great experience working with Metro Pins.
Metropins delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The tournament rings we ordered are high-quality, beautifully detailed, and will make a huge impact at our event. You can tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship. Their customer service was equally impressive. Every interaction was prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure we were completely satisfied with the final product. Highly recommend Metropins for anyone looking for great products backed by outstanding service.
We have worked with several pin companies before, but the service we received from Chelsea in particular was above and beyond. The artist on their end took every suggestion our student artist had and was able to create a product that was exciting, different, and just a stunner! They were affordable, prompt, expeditious in completing the job, and easy to deal with from a public school side of accounting! Would recommend them 100 times over!
It has been a pleasure to work with Metro Pins on our medallion projects. Our national breed club, the American Whippet Club, was in search of hard enamel medals to award to the winners of our Supported Entries in 2024. For many years our Club had given out beautiful hard enamel medals with our club logo, but in the mid-2000s we became unable to find them and had to resort to presenting cheap and tacky plastic medals, which pleased no one. I did an internet search for hard enamel medals one day, thinking I would never find them, and up popped Metro Pins. I had one of our Club's artists design a new medal to MPs specs and in short order we had new Supported Entry medals that were the talk of the Club. Everyone wanted to win one! My experience with Metro Pins, first with Tiffany and then with Chelsea for our most recent order [new title medals], has been a pleasure from start to finish. The ordering process is seamless and simple, communication has been top notch through every step of the process, and the medals have been received quickly and in each case have been prefect - perfectly lovely - no typos - packed and shipped to prevent damage - all in all, a great experience. I have been recommending Metro Pins to all my dog club friends that are looking for awards that are a cut above!
