I am giving it 2 stars, because while i love the platform i have never been matched to a project since i joined October 2025, despite having verified skills and completed interviews etc, and applying to multiple jobs. Very frustrating, seeing applications sit for months under "Hiring manager reviewing" only to turn to "Not Selected eventually"
This was the first time I was interviewed by AI like this. The AI can recognize my voice pretty well and it can also explain my answer in much better ways.
I love the way Zara was able to capture the information from my responses and then create relevant question for the interview. While the overall experience was great however, I felt there could have a mechanism to review the questions as one of the question created and asked by Zara during the interview required more clarity on what is being asked. Hence, having an alternate question option will definitely helpful in such circumstances.
