This account was compromised and used without my authorization. Since you are refusing a refund, I formally request that the purchased currency/items be removed or that the account balance be set to negative to prevent further use of this fraudulent purchase. I do not accept that someone else benefits from money taken from me without my consent. If you fail to take action on this matter, I will immediately proceed with a chargeback through my bank and report this transaction as fraud. Please escalate this case urgently and provide a proper resolution.
