two day shipping but a week processing...
two day shipping was advertised which made it seem that i would get my new racket relatively quickly. it's taking at least 9 days since i ordered to receive it. your website should make it more clear that it will take at least a week to "process" my order and give much clearer guidance and updates as to the status of my order.

I purchased a Hard Court Nike hat and Vapor Lite 3. I haven't worn the shoes yet but they fit as expected. My hat arrived with a stain\smudge so I called and spoke with Ryan then emailed a couple of pictures. I got a quick response from MJ who offered a resolution.
