It has been a smooth process so far. The team has been consistently attentive to any questions and proactive in communicating throughout the initial stage.
A special thanks to Tatiana Trujillo, who guided me through the initial process and made everything clear and straightforward.

The second step has been successfully completed. I thank MCC for their attention and also the law firm of Ruby for their care. I highly recommend this company; they are trustworthy, and I hope the rest of the procedures will proceed smoothly.

My experience with MCC was fine until…
My experience with MCC was fine until our application was denied; they haven't given us clear answers. My application—submitted through the company Travel Kuz—was definitively rejected. MCC is acting in a completely opaque manner and won't disclose the reason for the denial. I believe the lawyers missed the deadline for submitting the documentation. It has been nearly two months since the rejection, and I still have no information regarding the reason for it.

Hello! Thanks for your message.
We are sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how disappointing and frustrating a denial can be.
We want to assure you that we are currently coordinating a meeting with the attorney handling your case. During this meeting, the attorney will explain the reasons for the denial based on the information available, answer your questions, and discuss the options that may be available moving forward.
At MCC USA, together with our legal partners, we work diligently to prepare every case as thoroughly as possible and strive for the best possible outcome for each client. However, immigration decisions are ultimately made by U.S. government agencies, and no attorney or immigration service provider can guarantee an approval in every case, as there are factors beyond anyone's control.
We remain committed to providing you with clear information and supporting you throughout this process.

After researching many consulting companies, I finally chose MCC. The reason is that the company provided a clear roadmap for the application process and payment schedule, and the consulting department (Miss Thanh) provided excellent support and helped me a lot. I am completely confident that I made the right choice. Thank you all very much.

I am currently feeling happy with MCC's service. Everything is clear and transparent at the beginning. My account manager, Thanh Huynh, is very supportive. I have just received email from Immigration Lawyer and have my case number after 2 week working with MCC.
