As for the MYR 3,997 programme fee, you attended and completed the full 3-day training on 30 August, 31 August, and 1 September without raising any concern at that time. No issue was raised until 1 October 2025, nearly a month after the programme was completed. The company has consistently acted in accordance with the stated programme terms and conditions and has communicated transparently at every stage. While we welcome fair feedback, inaccurate statements that mislead the public cannot be accepted. We expressly reserve all our legal rights.
