My experience was smooth, my coach eased me into the session. I honestly came into the session with no expectations however my coach helped incorporate a new way of thinking/coping to combat some of the issues I face all while being attentive and mindful.
My appointment with the life coach went really well and I definitely formed an immediate connection with my coach, who seemed to understand people deeply and helped me realize some areas in my life that need work very quickly and in a way that felt revelatory. It was extremely helpful to have a mirror put up without judgement from someone who genuinely wants to help those they speak with.
I had a great discovery call. We went through some personal areas of improvement and decided to look into relationship counseling. Kind. Respectful. Speaks well.
I did not expect a lot going into the session; however, I was greeted with a very intelligent and well-spoken coach. They were able to put me at ease and provided a safe environment for me to feel heard and understood, all while being able to map out my problem and lead me to better understanding.
When I lost my best friend, I didn't realize how much it would take me down a dark path. I kept to myself and I didn't want to open up anyone new. I felt that anyone I met or was in my life would they would eventually leave me. I hard time sleeping and eating. I got help from my coach to realize the main problem. He helped me through my grieving process. Now, my life is better with the help of my coach.
Great experience, they answered all questions that was in stuck in my head for awhile now, answers that your friends and family won’t be able to say it out loud to you.
After retirement, I noticed that my life was becoming stagnant. I didn't know who I was anymore. I reached out to my coach and he helped me find the person I was really meant to be. It was a long journey but worth it. I love the person I am today. Thank you!
