Well I thought it was like the advertisement had a zipper back of several different tools and instead I got two tools that are exactly the same that are not pliers or any of those other disconnectors that they show in the video. So not real satisfied and thought it longer than it should have to get her.

I ordered their USA Faith, Family & Freedom Metal Emblems through what I understood to be a “buy three, get two free” promotion. I paid approximately $37, expecting five emblems, but received only three. The emblems also seem more like stickers than metal emblems. When I contacted the company about the two missing emblems, they offered only a $3 refund. That didn’t even cover the tax I paid, much less make up for the two missing items. I’m very disappointed with both the purchase and how the company handled my complaint. Based on my experience, I do not trust or recommend this company.

The shirts are fine. Standard t-shirt material. While the fit is good around the middle, the shirring is good, I find it is oversized at the shoulder so it looks a little sloppy.

billing screwup and received a different product than ordered
There was a screwup in the billing of this product and I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a tech product that would reset my iPhone so it would get a full charge again without Apple’s update garbage and instead I got just a 4 outlet charging hub. It doesn’t do what it was advertised to do fast. It is slower than ever and doesn’t improve battery capacity.
Missing cleaning pads
I ordered two window cleaning devices. The ad said it came with extra cleaning pads. The only cleaning pads were the ones installed on each of the devices. Nothing extra. I saw the commercial again this morning and it featured the extra cleaning pads in the ad. Every other aspect of this transaction was excellent.
