Strongly recommend Mindset who just helped my child to process the SSA Hearing and get disability benefits. In the past 6 months (the hearing was postponed 4 months), the case manager keep closed communication with us to collect all supportive proof information. The assigned attorney is very professional to operate during the hearing event. Strong and nice support!
This place is also me I have bean fighting for social security for over 15 years I find them bean with them for 2 year and they got me approve they are amazing at there job

Ssi made the process particularly difficult and long lasting. Without the help of Melissa and the team there's no way I would have ever reached an approval after 3 years after multiple denials, appeals, reviews, and rereciews, difficult documentations, etc. I am grateful to have contacted and worked with Mindset and would highly recommend this to anyone applying, realistically.
The intake assessment is pretty straightforward. The online appointment service is super convenient and the easiest way to have someone to call you. Desiree was really knowledgeable and kind. They tell you right away if your case can be represented by their team. I am waiting for a case manager to be assigned. I feel really confident and comfortable that the outcome will be favorable for me. Wish me luck!!

Throughout this journey I've been supported and listened too, im very grateful for the help ive experienced. i couldn't thank my lawyer Pedro enough. The staff made sure I understood what was happening and when. The paperwork wasn't to bad and all around i had a great experience. Because of this company I can now sleep at night without the worries of not knowing where my next meal is coming from, or if ill be able to even sleep in a bed the next day. All around i had a good experience and I WOULD recommend this company to friends.

My experience was amazing. They eased my mind by contacting my providers and getting all of the information they needed to help me win my case. The appeal process was easy and simple. My attorney was very sweet and kind, she understood what I was going through and assured me she was going to fight hard to win my case. When appearing in front of the judge for my final hearing her opening statement was great I could tell she was really prepared. I WON MY CASE RIGHT THEN AND THERE no further action required. If you’re disabled and need someone to help fight for you to be seen and heard I would recommend MINDSET over and over again.

The person I spoke with was very compassionate, patient and helpful. They are so supportive and resourceful. They are providing all the contacts and resources ( Lawyer, Case management, ect.. I am so thankful as this is a difficult decision to make and requires so much tedious work which they have taken on for me.
