Mindset listened to everything I said and everyone I dealt with was very caring. They explained everything in terms I could understand and made sure to walk me through every step. I appreciate how they fought for me when I couldn’t fight for myself. I wish getting in instant contact was a little easier but I know they did their best with their workload.
