I buy an asic , from lead miner , Currently living in UAE . I was having doubt normally there is allot of scales, but their repressive are cooperative and responded on time . Answered for all my confusions. And the best tung was that , that I did found any single lie in their statements . And I received the asic a day before the expected date of delivery. I will not recommend to buy any product on minerbases.com / Leed Technology. The service to this company is really bad. I buy an asic miner worth $6000 and paid $350 for UPS shipment. 8 days since the payment is made, the product still sitting in the warehouse. and no update at all. i think this people dont care others people money as long as they are getting from you. secondly a day after i purchased my product, I changes my mind and want to upgrade my product. but they dont want too and while they let my product sit in the warehouse. Becarefull guys dealing with this seller. they are very accomodating when they still domt have your money, once you pay them expect your money is good is gone without a guarantee.

All machines are shipped from the factory, brand new and under warranty, and there are no second-hand machines. The serial number of the machine can be checked on the official website, and the serial numbers of the hash board and power supply can also be checked on the official website. If there is a problem with the machine, our company will assist in handling it and follow the official after-sales process. Thanks
Pros: fast and friendly delivery service
Leed delivered exactly as advertised and I am happy with my S19 XP. Customer service was great. This was my first asic miner purchase and I searched for a number of places where I could purchase a miner. Finally through Leed's official website we contacted a sales person Bella to resolve the purchase.
Antminer L7 worked well for me!
I will recommend minerbases to all. I had a video call with them before I placed the Antminer L7 order. They has a wonderful office and over 40 staff. I was worried at the beginning because the price of miner is very high until I saw their real office and license. The customer service was so friendly and answered many questions for me. My L7 works well so far. I hope everything goes well in future. Right now I am living in HongKong. Their Office is very close to my home. So, I can go and clarify myself regarding any issue related to my devices and mining. Although I am satisfied, I have a bit confusion about their customer support system. They should have a 24 hours live chat system for the customers/partners like us.
