I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with MintCFD. My trades were suddenly closed after the platform removed a ₹600 bonus while positions were still open. This immediately reduced the margin and caused a stop-out, even though my account still showed available balance. I had 4 positions (2 BUY and 2 SELL) placed to balance risk. Customer support only keeps sending the same template reply and did not provide any detailed explanation or technical logs. This experience has reduced my confidence in the platform. Traders should carefully verify regulation and policies before depositing funds.

Hi Faisal, We're sorry to hear about your experience. We take concerns relating to account balances, bonus adjustments, margin levels and position closures seriously. Position closures can occur when an account's margin level falls below the required threshold. However, we would need to review the specific account activity, including the timing of the bonus adjustment, margin levels and open positions, before commenting on what occurred in this case. Please contact us through our official support channel and provide the relevant account details so that our team can locate the records and conduct a detailed review. Once we receive the necessary information, we will investigate the matter further and provide clarification based on the account records.
