Great site. Needs “edit” feature in the cart.
Great site for being able to custom order the sizing. Lots of styles and fabric options. The only thing that was problematic was that I couldn’t ‘edit’ my shopping cart. If i wanted to add a note to an item, I couldn’t find a way to get back into the custom screen, so I could add or change something. I had to make all the selections to order it again; add my notes and put it in my car; then go back to the cart to delete the original one. It’s cumbersome and when looking ant multiple styles /colours, not being able to ‘edit’ was very time consuming.
This company is impossible to work…
This company is impossible to work with. I ordered a dress and 15 minutes later I cancelled because it wouldn’t arrive on time. I keep getting emails begging me to keep my order and wanting an explanation as to why I cancelled. I’ve explained several times and now they won’t respond to my emails. This is another money hungry company that takes it time sending refund and stops communicating altogether. Buyer beware

The return process is a SCAM
The return process is a SCAM. I need to return a dress due to damage on the zipper but Missacc wants me to pay for the return shipping AND any "extra" international charges. Their website strictly states that "you will not be charged a restocking fee, and Missacc will cover the return shipping costs, only if: The item arrived damaged, torn, or defective." Wouldn't a torn zipper be considered damaged?! YES

Shopping was fun yet tedious
Shopping was fun yet tedious! The biggest drawback was deciding to purchase from a company that is limited on its return policies. I understand there are some wicked people, but I believe there are more honest customers than evil. Also, the shipping was quite expensive for the purchase. I kept waiting for a prompt saying you get free shipping. Maybe in the future. If everything turns out okay, I will be a repeat customer.
