The website is so easy to choose…
The website is so easy to choose exactly what you want and uploading photos was a breeze. As soon as the order is submitted you hear from the company with verification the order was received which is nice to know. I believe this is my 8th order placed since summer 2023 and I haven’t been disappointed once with the quality or service! The tiles hang and stay hung beautifully! They are super easy to move around if I choose which is nice!

I had an issue where one of my Mixtiles (I’ve purchased several) fell off the wall & the frame cracked ~ I contacted CS & a new photo tile was shipped out right away at no charge 💕. I also purchased a Mixtile photo book for the first time & I’m really pleased with how it turned out 💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service - probably the best I’ve seen. Oh and also the company is awesome. I love my mixtiles! I recently placed the wrong order and was trying to get a refund and order something else and they were ON it. I got responses and help minutes and everyone was so cheerful. This must be a fun company to work for - let me know if you ever have PR openings! Lol

We are so happy with our photo book. We did a book of all our Honeymoon pictures and it turned out so beautiful! We absolutely love it and it came a week earlier than it was supposed to. The pages are so nice and made of this non ripping material. We are very pleased and will be making another larger one of our wedding photos.

Simplicity
Simplicity. Not bait and switch on pricing when offering deals. For example, 9 tiles for $99 without increased shipping charges, just tax. The way my first order adheres to wall but gives you some flexibility to get it to hang just right.

Amazing and FAST customer service. Seriously. I emailed about mixtiles I had for YEARS falling off and in FOUR MINUTES I had an email asking how many replacement stickies I needed. So kind. Obsessed with the quality of this product. I love them so much.

Can't say enough how happy I am with my 14 magnetic tiles!
I purchased 14 tiles with the magnetic backing. They came in a box and packaged well. I thought the magnetic ability made it so easy to hang. I have a large wall I have been meaning to put up photos. I wish I did this sooner! All the photos were printed very well.
