I ordered a picture book of our trip to Ireland…very disappointed
I ordered a picture book of our trip to Ireland and got pictures way too big for the page. A lot of the pictures the top of heads were cut off because they blew the picture up so damn big. I’m very disappointed in this book. I only wish that Resnap was still in business. Now THAT was a great company that knew how to make a picture book.

Bruce, we’re very sorry your Ireland photo book arrived with several pictures enlarged and important parts, including the tops of heads, cropped out. After uploading, each photo can be repositioned and cropped in the editor so the preview reflects how it will appear on the page, but we understand how disappointing this result was. Please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or through the live chat on our website. They’ll be happy to review the book and help get this sorted out. ❤️

Extremely low quality product for the price
The customer care team are great, but the quality of the product is very low. I paid 280 pounds for 6 framed prints - expecting something impressive. But no, the paper is just basic card. The frames don't have any glass at all.. so these will easily get damaged over time becaus they have. no protection. The frames are cheap and basic wood - Ikea is definitely better. I thought I would save myself the effort of printing and framing myself by paying a bit more, but not worth it. Looks cheap - won't put it on my wall.

Hi Trish, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your framed prints didn’t meet your expectations. 💛 We understand that when investing in home decor, you want the quality and finish to feel just right. Our frames are designed to be lightweight, easy to hang, and a simple way to display your favorite memories, but we’re sorry they weren’t the style or feel you were hoping for. We truly appreciate your kind words about our customer care team, and we’ll make sure your feedback about the product quality and framing is shared with the right team as we continue improving. We’d also love the chance to make things right. Please reach out to our awesome customer support team at [email protected], and they’ll be more than happy to look into this for you. 💌 Thank you again for giving Mixtiles a try.
