Great Service!
Great Service! Very Friendly Staff!
Processing time was quick
Processing time was quick. A tracking number was provided with a signature confirmation upon delivery. UPS service was also perfect.
Seamless Transaction Experience
Website easy to navigate and order process was a breeze. MNM takes Paypal. That's a plus for me. I received prompt notification of order and shipping. I called with an order question and a live person quickly answered. I had a great order experience and I would order again from MNM.

MNM Scales always has the best customer service, and my orders always process and ship out MINUTES after I order. They are truly a great company to work with, and their pricing is far cheaper than anyone else I've ordered from.

Excellent customer service
Had a question about an item on the website. I called them and a very nice lady picked up the phone almost immediately. No long waits, no on hold music. She answered my question and quickly resolved my concerns. I just placed the order with hesitation.
There was a mistake on the amount of…Sales Tax charged to my order
There was a mistake on the amount of sales tax charged to my order, so I called the number and a very pleasant lady answered the phone on a Sunday and fixed the problem at hand. I'm looking forward to using this scale and if it is as good as their Customer Service I will be more than happy with my purchase!
Once I found the labels online
Once I found the labels online, it was within 5 minutes they could be ordered and delivery is scheduled for within a week. They were also less expensive then Amazon, by about $20 after taxes and delivery fees.
Went Solo
Just went out on my own - needed to be lean, needed to ensure a scale that would withstand going from 0-scale. The entire process was painless, simple and easy. The scale arrive, brand new, looks great (have not used). The only suggestion that I may offer - I had to email for a tracking number, and the day after request, I received the tracking number...and shipment! Overall, no issues, responsive and will be using again for my future scales.
Helpful Scales
The team has good product knowledge. The personnel were pleasant and answered the questions posed to them.

I am impressed with MNM Scales, the communication from time of ordering to shipping I was well informed where my package was. MNM Scales set the bar pretty High, again I am very pleased. Thank You MNM! So far so good, it was easy to order, the next review will be when I receive my order and what condition it's in at the time I receive it. So far so good.
