I purchased this product to transfer my Whatsapp Data from Android to iPhone. However, in one month i tried for about 15-17 times and the data was only around 12 GB. Every single time I was unsuccessful. 90% of the time, eventhough I would keep the laptop on continuos charge, and the mobiles and laptop in an isolated place so that no disruption occurs, the mobiles would get disconnected and I would have to try again. Only 1 time the software told me that the data transfer is successful and unfortunately when I checked on my iPhone, only 500 MB was transferred out of 12 GB.

The application has "wizards" to step through a process, including WhatsApp transfer from Android to iPhone. Unfortunately these wizards have not been kept current with WhatsApp UI, and require accessing menu items that simply do not exist in WhatsApp. The process becomes stalled and never can be completed. I have been unable to complete any transfer, or backup, of WhatsApp data. Money down the drain.
