⚠️ **WARNING
⚠️ **WARNING — My experience with Wondershare MobileTrans** I purchased Wondershare MobileTrans specifically to transfer my WhatsApp data. Unfortunately, the software did not work for my current WhatsApp version and I was unable to complete the transfer. I contacted Wondershare support and explained clearly that the software did not provide the service I purchased it for. I requested a refund, but my request was rejected. What is especially disappointing is that MobileTrans advertises a **7-day Money-Back Guarantee**, which gave me the impression that I would be protected if the software did not work for my situation. However, when I actually needed a refund, I was refused. I eventually had to cancel the subscription to prevent further charges, but I still lost the money I paid for software that did not solve my problem. I am not writing this review because I expect every software to work perfectly. Technical problems can happen. My problem is the way the refund request was handled after I clearly explained that the product did not work for its intended purpose. **My advice to anyone considering MobileTrans: please read the refund conditions very carefully before paying. Do not rely only on the "Money-Back Guarantee" or "Free Trial" wording. Make sure you understand exactly when you are eligible for a refund.** Based on my experience, I would personally **not recommend purchasing this software without first confirming that your exact WhatsApp version and transfer method are supported.** I am posting this review to warn other customers and to make my experience public.
