Exceeds expectation!
I've owned and worn the original Louis Vuitton Météore, so I had high expectations for Mod Fragrances' Lumière. I was honestly impressed with how close they managed to get. Right from the opening, you get that same bright burst of citrus with a clean, refined freshness that makes Météore so addictive. As it dries down, the resemblance becomes even more apparent. While Lumière has a slightly sweeter and fuller character than the original, it captures the overall DNA exceptionally well without feeling synthetic or harsh. That subtle difference actually gives it its own personality while staying very faithful to the inspiration. Performance is another pleasant surprise. On my skin, it lasts several hours with solid projection for the first part of the wear, making it an outstanding value considering the price difference between the two fragrances. Many inspired fragrances get close to the scent but fall short in longevity; Lumière does a commendable job on both fronts. If you're looking for a high-quality alternative to Louis Vuitton Météore without spending hundreds of dollars, Mod Fragrances Lumière is one of the closest interpretations I've tried. It's fresh, versatile, easy to wear year-round, and scratches that Météore itch remarkably well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
