$10,000 Redemption Still Being Held — No Follow-Up Very disappointed with Modo’s customer service. I completed all of the verification they requested and provided every document they asked for regarding my $10,000 redemption. I was told that a follow-up email had been sent with additional information and an update. However, I still have not received that follow-up or any meaningful update about my redemption. At this point, I just want a clear explanation of what is still pending and when my $10,000 will be released. Repeatedly saying that the redemption is “under review” without providing an actual timeline is extremely frustrating. I hope Modo sees this review and takes action instead of continuing to delay the redemption.
