So at 4:14 on 8/5/26 i bought a SC/GC…
So at 4:14 on 8/5/26 i bought a SC/GC package with a puzzle piece was to get GC and SC. Well i only recieved the GC and my SC did not arrive in my account. I have and issue with my phone switching from Massachussetts to Conneticut where its illegal to purchase in conn. So in the middle of the transaction it must have switched to conn. I would never buy just GC...who would? But they told me that is what i bought when it clearly showed 17.99 for 20 SC and i picked that because it was a discount. So when i contacted MODO they claim they cant credit my account or give me my money back!?!? I mean they take my money anyway but i didnt even get a chance to play. They can help me out but for some reason they refuse. Be careful if your phone company uses towers in another state. Companys like MODO will just take your money and say theres nothing they can do. They essentially stole my money. Im livid. I hope and pray Karma comes to these shady folks. NOT COOL MODO.

I bought a sc package for 26.99 and didnt get my 30 sc. I live in a state that sc is allowed. Their is no package over 5 dollars that doesn't give sc. I've been playing on this site for months almost daily. I talked to customer service and they told me because I got a puzzle piece they couldn't give me a refund. I told them i just wanted the sc i bought They escalated the issue and I'm waiting for a response. If they fix the issue I'll update but beware that they may not give you what it says your buying.
