Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently state that the products are very practical and genuinely appreciate the innovative designs and user-friendly features. Many people love using the versatile folio cases daily, noting that strong magnetic attachments effectively keep their accessories secure. However, some reviewers were not happy with unexpected quality issues, such as materials cracking prematurely or magnets failing to hold devices. A few other people also felt that customer service response times were extremely slow and unhelpful when they tried solving problems. Others mentioned difficulties obtaining refunds or getting timely assistance after contacting support.

I always meticulously avoid marketing mails and am 1000% sure I avoided signing up for marketing. STILL they added me to their marketing mails! Then I unsubscribed via mail. Then I needed an invoice an contacted them by mail. WOOPS, suddenly back to being subscribed without having accepted, ever! FIX YOUR SPAM.!
Yina from customer service is one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our conversation lasted maybe more than 2 months ( because of my reasons) but everytime I contacted back to Yina, she was always very helpful, understanding and patience. This company is very lucky to have Yina. On the other hand, the product I bought got chipped and and defected very fast. I still love the design idea and how user friendly it is but i believe if mine wasnt a defected one, quality should be improved.
I am a previous MOFT owner (Portfolio Case) for an iPad Mini and always loved the quality and the awesome origami options for using my iPad Mini. I recently upgraded to an iPad Air 11" and purchased the Dynamic Folio Case. This was shipped and received within 8 days and I love the functionality of the larger case including a very useful Pencil Holder❤️. I needed to contact MOFT customer service today about a minor issue. Firstly they responded to my initial contact within 5 minutes from me hitting send. They have shown good will to assist with my enquiry and then they have shipped the new items already! Wow this has been a great experience and I am grateful for the support I have received from both MOFT and my contact Yina! You are amazing, MOFT covers provide so much flexibility especially when I am traveling - Thank You!
Hello I received my order and i can’t believe that it was very incredible Folio Case i know it’s very well made with high quality but it was beyond my expectations and also i didn’t thought that i will need the Pencil Holder but really it come with the right place i love everything soooo much it makes me happy. THANK YOU MOFT AND THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE WHO MADE THIS INCREDIBLE PRODUCTS POSSIBLE.🌹🌹🤍
the ipad folio i purchased is pretty solid quality and functions well. in contrast, the pen holder - while it works well and allows the pen to charge and stay secure to the ipad - could be better; after a few months, the plastic cracked and it started to fall apart at almost a year. i attempted to purchase a new one, but the website isn’t quite clear on how to do that. reaching out to customer service ended up in a three day conversation of trying to explain that i wasn’t looking for Moft to replace it, which resulted in being asked to leave this review.
The modular pen holder is the perfect companion piece for your I pad case. Fits perfectly onto the case itself and is magnetized which helps keep the Apple Pencil in lace should it come dislodged from the iPad itself. I definitely recommend getting one if you are getting an iPad case AND will be using an Apple Pencil with it.
My Husband: I love this product so much! My wife got me the Dymamic Folio (Wonder Yellow x Blue) for my iPad Mini for my birthday and it's everything I ever wanted. I love the color, the positions, the feel of it... Highly recommended. I've been using it constantly for the past few months and it still looks like new.
Very high quality product - received lots of compliments while out and about. Personally feel the design is very sleek and nice to hold in hand. Additionally the customer service team is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!!
08/22/2026 Carol Firth Superb Love this ipad cover. I dont use all the positions but I do use 4 or 5 regularly. I would highly recommend. I got the green pinky purple one and i love it. Wipe clean too. Magnetic works great no problems . Dont know how anyone can leave a bad review really but I notice some people have. I did get the little pen holder too which is great also. I love it. Highly recommend
They make great products. Bought one through amazon (magsafe stand wallet) and apple store (ipad pro dynamic or float folio, don’t remember which), and most recently the tripod trackable magnetic stand (bought direct from their website) (can use phone stand while charging cable plugged in). All their products are good and show unique design and material and small incremental functional, aesthetic, and material improvements with each revision. I highly recommend tagging along with this brand if it resonates with you.
I've purchased 2x iPad folio cases plus one pen holder where as the second pen holder was never shipped to me (offer through Amazon). When the first pen holder broke, I reached out to their support asking if they could ship me the one they shorted me. I was told they would only ship me one if I left a Trust Pilot review.
The after-sales services were elite that they overcame my concerns with genuine and supportive solutions.
I’m stuck between a 4 and a 5 star review, so let’s call it 4.5. I bought the Moft Dynamic Folio for my iPad Pro 11 inch. I’ve used it for 6 months and all things considered I’m really happy about the product. It’s well designed, really enjoying the creative ways I can adapt it to fit specific use cases, it opens up many ways to use an iPad, especially considering the price. However the product isn’t perfect, the front cover magnets are weaker than it would like, they always flap away from the screen when held upside down. The outer skin also started delaminating after 6 months of use, causing so bubbling in a small part of the folio. I contacted Moft about the issue and they promptly offered a replacement. I honestly recommend the product. It’s fun, creative, relatively well made and good customer service.
Cool product that doesn’t last. I’ve had it 9 months and of course at 6 months their warranty expires. The spot where it hinges at center back breaks. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me. The first time they replaced it and I thought it was probably a fluke. Now I won’t buy again. They offered me a replacement in exchange for this review. I’ll take it but I will move on to another brand of wallet/stand after that one breaks.
The edge of the Connected Case for iPad chipped off. Experience it twice and hopefully there will be some improvement to the design. Great support from CS on assisting on warranty claim, very fast and prompt.
I've bought a few Moft products over the years, and I really appreciate their innovative designs and sharp looks. I like the look and feel of the Snap Duo bands, and will continue to look out for their new products.
Had an issue with a MOFT case. When I contacted MOFT they followed up and resolved the issue. MOFT have excellent customer service from sorting the original issue and Yina’s follow up to ensure everything was correct was above and beyond. This level of service is not usually found today. Great job.
I am pretty picky regarding my tech. I had been looking for the ideal iPad cover for some time, nothing seemed quite right. I like the more minimal covers for every day use and larger more protective covers when I'm on a film set. I found the Moft Dynamic Folio which seemed to tick a lot of boxes. Including a keeper for the Apple Pencil so it doesn't get knocked off when slide into a bag. The ability to stand the iPad up for reading the news, with extra support while reading on your knee or lap, or stuck to a fridge or recipes while cooking, and several options for height and angle for normal landscape viewing is amazing. I was able to quickly use the iPad as a client monitor recently when asked if we could have viewing for another client in the board room across the hall. I was able to quickly stand it up at a comfortable viewing height and angle using a WiFi transmitter from our camera. The client was more than pleased, and with no odd propping the iPad up. The fact that the pencil holder is removable and this does everything a normal thin folio case can do but much more, and with a premium feel and durability, I could not be happier. This is the ideal folio cover for a slim unobtrusive protection that also enhances the usability and performance experience of the device. I highly recommend.
This phone case, which I wanted for quite a while but hesitated to buy for nearly $100, became a Christmas gift to myself. It has offered the most stable, secure protection—outperforming Apple’s silicone or Teckwoven—though eight months later, it has begun to peel, possibly from frequent picking up, putting down, or removing from my pocket. I’d rate it a five-star case, minus one point for degradation. The snap case in cove fits like a glove, endures many drops, and matches the silver iPhone 17 pro max beautifully. It remains aesthetically pleasing. Trumps apples iphone cases which. I had to replace multiple tomes a year.
I just got myself an iPhone 17 Pro Max after being a long time Android user and this is partly because of the app and 3rd-party ecosystem on Apple. After seeing an ad on Instagram for the MoFT Snap Phone Tripod Stand it was the first 3rd-party accessory that I purchased and it works nicely with the Apple TechWoven Case. The magnets are incredibly strong and the tension dampening on the hinge is reassuringly stiff without being too hard. All-in-all I am pretty confident with this product and would highly recommend it.
