I received my moissanite ring for my engagement and it is so beautiful! I can't stop staring at it! I have gotten several compliments on it and I've only been wearing it for 2 days! I love my ring and I am beyond happy with the quality and sparkle!
Incredible service, as always. Quick shipping, well packaged, and the item was exactly as described and expected. Their sales are hard to beat and there is almost always one going on.
Would not hesitate to shop here for any lab grown needs

My husband ordered me the most beautiful solitaire moissanite necklace I have ever seen. My mouth dropped to the floor on the morning of our anniversary when I opened the box. The craftsman ship and detail is outstanding. Thank you for making such a beautiful piece for him and making my holiday so special. I will definitely be back.

Affordable quality
The website is easy to navigate and customize the ring you are looking for. The shipping was on time and they are quick to communicate, if you have any concerns. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful. It sparkles like no other and is very elegant and high quality. It's a guaranteed "yes!" We are both very happy with it and highly recommend moissanite Co. They also have very fair pricing and offer discounts, which is nice. 10 out of 10

Absolute beautiful affordable jewlery
My fiancé and I purchased my wedding band from MoissaniteCo, and I couldn't be happier with it. The band is absolutely beautiful, and it cost about a third of what we would have paid at many other jewelry stores.
I loved it so much that I later purchased a ring for myself to wear on my right hand as a graduation gift, and it was just as stunning. I also bought a pair of moissanite earrings for my mom, and they were gorgeous as well. The affordability of their jewelry does not take away from its beauty or quality.
I have had a wonderful experience with every purchase and will definitely be buying more jewelry from them in the future. In fact, I'm already saving up for a pair of moissanite earrings for myself!

Buyer Beware: A Fraudulent, Predatory Company
Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences of my life. They produce low-quality jewelery and lure customers in with seemingly great reviews and competitive prices.
I purchased an engagement ring from Moissanite Co. I spent months comparing dozens of rings from half a dozen websites. I wanted a custom, unique ring, and Moissanite Co seemed as though they could make exactly what I wanted. They boasted, high ratings, high-quality rings. I felt that I could trust them. This was a big moment for me.
I ordered the ring, received it, and proposed. She said yes. However, within one week of her wearing it, three of the six prongs broke, causing the primary stone to fall out. My fiancée and I were devastated.
I reached out to the company by email (they don't have a customer service phone), and took the ring to a professional, licensed jeweler for inspection and to ask them if they could fix it. When they inspected the ring, almost immediately they noted that the ring was made very poorly. There were extremely high levels of porosity in the metal.
In my email exchange with Moissanite Co., I've explained all of this. I sent them photos of the damage. Over a series of 15 emails, they only apologized in the last email they sent. They have not owned up to their mistake and seem to place the blame on everything else, and they tell me that porosity is always a problem. They haven't owned up to the fact that they made a poor quality, defective ring. The only thing they have offered to me is for me to send the ring back, have them inspect it for themselves, repair or remake it and send it back to me. They guaranteed that it will be inspected by experts before being sent back to me; I question why that was not done in the first place.
In the end, I requested a refund for the ring, even just a partial one, and offered to return the ring to them for the refund. They denied my request, saying that it was outside their 30-day return window. All they wanted me to do was return the ring to them to inspect and fix. They've proven to be a fraudulent and predatory company. DO NOT buy from Moissanite Co.
On a positive note, I am having the ring be remade by a professional jeweler. It will look exactly as the original did and will use the original stones.
Please, if you are planning on buying an engagement ring (or any kind of jewelery for that matter), DO NOT buy from Moissanite Co.

Jordan, we are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience.
However, we believe this review omits several important facts about how this matter was handled.
When you contacted us regarding the ring, we immediately offered to inspect it at no cost to you. We provided a prepaid shipping label, agreed to cover all repair or remake costs, and agreed to cover return shipping. We also advised that if our jewelers determined there was a manufacturing issue, including porosity that weakened the metal and contributed to the failure, we would remake the ring from scratch under warranty at no cost to you.
At no point did we refuse assistance. In fact, we repeatedly offered to inspect the ring and provide a full warranty remedy at our expense.
It is also important to understand that porosity can occur in cast jewelry from any manufacturer. In many cases, if porosity exists, it is microscopic and not visible during normal inspection. No reputable jeweler intentionally ships jewelry with visible porosity or known structural defects. The purpose of our inspection process was to determine whether porosity was present and whether it contributed to the failure. Had our inspection confirmed that porosity weakened the metal and contributed to the damage, we had already committed to remaking the ring from scratch under warranty.
The ring was purchased and worn beyond our return period. Like many jewelry retailers, our return policy and warranty are separate. A warranty claim does not convert an expired return into a refund. While we were willing to honor the warranty and remake the ring if necessary, you declined that option and instead requested a refund.
We understand and respect your decision to have another jeweler remake the ring. However, we were never given the opportunity to inspect the ring ourselves or perform the warranty work we offered. As a result, we were unable to verify the reported condition of the ring or provide the warranty remedy that had already been approved.
We also respectfully disagree with the characterization of our company as "fraudulent" or "predatory." We have been serving customers online for more than 20 years and have successfully completed hundreds of thousands of orders. While warranty claims can occasionally arise with any jewelry manufacturer, our commitment has always been to stand behind our products and honor our warranty obligations when issues occur.
In this case, we provided a prepaid return label, offered a professional inspection, and committed to remaking the ring from scratch if a manufacturing issue was confirmed. Those offers remained available, but were ultimately declined in favor of a refund request that fell outside our return policy.

I’m posting this because I honestly… cannot believe the audacity
I’m posting this because I honestly cannot believe the way this company handled my ring, and I want other people to see what I’m dealing with. I’ve attached screenshots of the emails where they literally admit the damage, and then still try to twist it back on me.
I sent my ring in for a simple resize and tightening of a top prong. When it came back, a halo stone was already missing. I reached out immediately and sent it back. In their emails, they told me their jeweler “noted damaged prongs” in that exact area during the repair, but in the same conversation they also said that damage “was not present when the ring originally left our facility.” They require signature upon delivery, I signed for my package at 4:39pm, I took a video of 4:41pm showing the missing stone and immediately sent it to them but I somehow damaged the ring in two minutes. 😐
Then they tried to act like they “repaired the ring as a courtesy.” A courtesy?? The only reason it needed to be repaired was because they sent it back to me damaged in the first place. That’s not a courtesy — that’s fixing your own mistake.
And the part that really sent me over the edge: they tried to imply I somehow caused the damage myself within minutes of signing for the package and taking a video of the condition it arrived in. Like I magically destroyed my own ring in the time it took to walk inside and open the box. It’s insulting and honestly ridiculous.
I opened a case on PayPal for the cost of the original resize and repair because that’s the service that caused damaged to my ring.
Between the contradictions, the gaslighting, and the complete lack of accountability, I’m warning anyone who’s considering using them: STAY AWAY.
Edit: they love using the word “later”. The ring was returned to me with a stone out. As mentioned in my original review, ring was delivered 2/10 @ 4:39pm and I took a video of the missing stone 2/10 @4:41, the “later” is two minutes.
They are also ignoring the written confession of the ring not being damaged in January, but being damaged when it was mailed back to them for the stone repair…..

We are sorry the customer remains unhappy with her experience.
For clarity, the original work performed was a standard ring sizing and tightening of the center stone. No repair work or modifications were performed on the halo or accent stone settings themselves. As part of our normal process, the ring was inspected for loose stones before being returned.
After the customer later reported a missing accent stone, we repaired it at no charge and covered shipping both ways in an effort to help resolve the concern.
We understand the customer believes the original repair work caused later accent stone issues. We respectfully disagree and have continued to offer to inspect the ring further, and that offer remains open.
While we regret that we were unable to reach a resolution the customer was satisfied with, we always strive to handle repairs professionally and fairly.

Bottom line, The Only Place I Go
Bottom line, we are doing a wedding vow renewal and after 15 years, there was only one place that I would go to get rings. It's right here. Rings are beautiful, comes on time, fits like a glove.
