I ordered Spinning Color Wheel Keychain – A Pocket-Sized Tool for Creative Minds. It never arrived at my house at all. I contacted this company. It was lost in the mail and throught so many e-mails they said my PO was the problem. I sent countless e-mails to the post office. These people could have sent me a new Spinning Color Wheel Keychain –. At this point I have no color wheel, which I paid for. Other companies would have sent me a new wheel. These people did not and they should have insurance for lost packing and send a new wheel to customer and eat the cost. They only put me through hassle and stress. Do not order from them. They are cheap and is not at all on the customer's side.
This company is a scam. I ordered 2 watches from them. After about two months waiting, at last I got email that my product has been delivered. I rushed to my mailbox to get the package, unfortunately the package is not there. I emailed them, they didn’t respond
DO NOT USE. Purchased epoxy flooring products from online shop. Over $400 worth of product to cover 600 sqft. of area. Shipping was supposedly from "Local Warehouse" in Canada. Took forever to ship. Contacted Paypal and Credit Card company for potential scam after 21 days. Tracking was supplied so no help from either as product were shipped. After 54 days Products arrived from the USA along with Import charges and Duty fees. The product arrived in 2 very small containers. Enough to cover 10 sqft !!! %^%&&*
Very poor service. Tried to cancel with 4 emails, and they wouldn’t reply until they said they had shipped it. I should wait to see if I like the product. Don’t order anything from them. My product was coming from Spain, I’m on the east coast?
I have ordered a product on the 13.07.2023
On their website it was written that it will arrive in 5-7 working days
We are now on the 7 of August 2023 and the product didn’t arrived yet
I wrote them 3 emails and asked them to cancel the order and to refund the money
They answered that I have to “wait patiently “ and….that’s it 😡
