Not What I Hoped For!
I was disappointed when I received my order. There was advertising which I looked at and I was hopeful that the "coat" was as seemed. The 2 things I got were not coats, or anything like the advertising. The two things were the right colours but that is about all. The "sweaters" were cardigans and light body. Not at all like the advertising shows.

The product did not meet my expectations at all. I asked if I could return it for a refund and got a standard AI generated response. The product is disappointing, and your customer service is even worse.

Disappointed. The quality of the dress I received, looks nothing like the video on your website. The material looks like a polyester, not a flowy chiffon material. I'm glad I only bought one item off your website first, as I was going to order the floral cuffs dress after, but not now.
