I passed! Thank you Mometrix!!
I took a sPHR course at GSO college, purchased study guides, and paid for the 20-question practice exam through HRCI and still failed. Hundreds wasted!!! Bought Mometrix's study guide and passed with flying colors. Don't waste your money on all of the expensive courses, just buy Mometrix's study guide! It will teach you everything you need to know.

The practice scenarios provided on your website do not adequately represent the diversity of clients that may be encountered in the NMHC exam, particularly those from the LGBTQIA+ community. The limited number and scope of scenarios made it difficult to prepare for all potential scenarios and ultimately contributed to my failure to pass the exam.

Don't waste your time!
Spent 3 hours taking an SHRM practice test, and when I hit submit I received an error message: "Bad Gateway". So all of my answers were deleted, and my test wasn't scored.
I tried to contact customer service through their chat, which the website indicated was the best way to contact them. I spend 15+ minutes idle and then got a message saying no one will be joining my chat.
This was the worst test prep service I have ever used! NEVER again. I do not recommend this at all.

We are so sorry for your SHRM practice test experience, Alex. It's of course never our intention for there to be a connectivity issue with a practice test, and you of course did the right thing trying to contact our Customer Support team. I have no idea what happened or why no one helped you, but I sincerely apologize for the lack of response.
Thankfully it looks like you decided to also email us (after we failed to chat with you) and that we emailed you back within 15 minutes. It also looks like later that day we *were* able to recover your test results and get them to you, but we never heard back from you.
Did you successfully recover those test results as we anticipated?
I tried to get in touch with someone at Mometrix about my order's and to ensure the address was correct. I've left several messages and sent the chat no one has assisted me.
No one has followed up with me regarding my order. I still have not rec'd the order I put in. I needed to confirm my address was correct the day I put that order in. No one called back or followed through with me as of yet. I do not know where the order would be. I paid for this up front.

From our communication history, it looks like you reached out to us on May 25 about correcting the mailing address you provided and we reached back out to you within 4 hours of that. Then it looks like you reached out to us again on Jun 3 after business hours and we responded shortly after business hours began the next day, providing your tracking information, but it looks like at that point the package had been delivered.

Wow- I passed my government test all THANKS to momatrix. Their website was user friendly, their customer service was superior and the course material was practical and extensive. I had an issue with the subscription and payment… the customer service team was prompt, responsive and went way above and beyond to remedy the situation. I will DEFINITELY be using this website in the future. 10/10!!

Cna state exam
Purchase today hope this work for me and to help me pass my cna state exam. I failed my first try and purchase 40$ tests.com but even one question nothing appear n the test i was kinda disappointed. Looking forward to pass my cna state exam with this site.

The material was very relevant to the exam and broke the material down in a similar way in which the exam was written. If I didn’t spring for this, I don’t know if I would have passed! Also the interactive exam itself was worth it on its own!

Mometrix TSI Study Guide is a valuable tool..
I purchased the Mometrix Test Preparation TSI Study Guide as a practice tool in preparation to take the TSI Math. I am finding it very helpful and I say to navigate though. It also contains helpful tips on many topics such as how to overcome test anxiety. I am hoping that with the additional free videos it will further enhance understanding many concepts.
