My Monex representative is wonderful; however, Monex was forced to switch the depository that they use with Goldstar Trust, and they did not notify their customers. I had to ship my silver to another depository, costing over $4000, and it took over one month. During this delay, the price of gold that I was trying to buy with the sell of the silver, increased by about 5%.
Monex is great to work with, but their recommended company for handling IRA accounts, Goldstar Trust, is absolutely horrible.

Security Advisor Tony Arce is a true professional! He understands the value in owning physical gold (Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Coins). He explained why this is a better option than physical gold Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). He has assisted us with the purchase of gold coins for our account and three other accounts.
Monex makes buying precious metals very easy. My representative Don is amazing. Great guy, down to earth customer focused, pleasant professional, and patient. All in all always a great experience. Rep Nav returned all phone calls, as did his supervisor, Sean. Nav gave me a great comfort level. Everything promised was executed timely. I am very pleased with Monex's buy back policy, pick up procedure and personnel. All were easy to contact, quick pickup was extremely professional, and updates were given at each point of contact. I had unwarranted concerns prior to the buy back of the precious metals I had previously purchased from them. Their procedure was flawless! They have my highest recommendation!
